Who provides the service

Accounts

You can play some games as a guest. A free account saves your progress and unlocks more features. You can sign in with email and password or with Google. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Who can use the service

To be completed by Walker D&I: minimum age and parental-consent rules.

Seat Time Plus

Seat Time Plus costs USD 4.99 per month or USD 35.76 per year (USD 2.98 per month), taxes included. Stripe processes payments in US dollars.

New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first charge is made when it ends. Your plan then renews automatically every month or year until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

You can get a full refund, with no conditions, within 7 days of the first charge after your trial on the monthly plan, or within one calendar month of that charge on the annual plan. Renewals do not start a new refund window. To ask for a refund, contact us through the support page or by email.

These terms do not exclude any refund, compensation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Credits

Credits are Seat Time’s in-game currency and have no cash value outside Seat Time. Seat Time does not offer cash withdrawals or credit buybacks and takes no part in deals between players outside the game.

Credits are usable within Seat Time while the service operates. Subject to applicable law, unused Credits expire when Seat Time permanently shuts down and can no longer be spent or transferred through Seat Time. Cancelling Plus or a temporary service interruption does not itself expire Credits.

These terms do not exclude any refund, compensation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Fair play and your content

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with other players or the service, or upload content you do not have the right to share. Stickers you upload are checked automatically and can be rejected or removed.

Changes to the service and these terms

Games and features can change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
